Role Summary

The Automotive Marketing Specialist will be responsible for evaluating all retail promotional materials to ensure the accuracy of Toyota vehicle representations, including pricing and specifications. This role involves overseeing regional advertising, promotional footage, display stands, and value labels for all Toyota models. The Specialist will coordinate vehicle logistics for promotional shoots, collaborating with vehicle preparation teams to guarantee accuracy. Additionally, this position will support creative and account teams in understanding vehicle technology, competitive landscape, and future developments. Participation in meetings at Toyota and other locations may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess all retail advertising materials to confirm the accuracy of Toyota vehicle representations.
  • Coordinate vehicle requests for promotional shoots and video content.
  • Oversee all value labels, display stands, and dealer point-of-sale materials.
  • Manage the Claims Grid daily to ensure timely processing.
  • Provide assistance to Toyota retail partners.
  • Participate in meetings and events as necessary.
  • Attend television, print, and video shoots as required.
  • Maintain accurate timesheets and submit them punctually.
  • Encourage and motivate the team to create exceptional brand experiences.
  • Embrace the agency's vision of being a hub for innovative and impactful creative ideas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Preferred college degree.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and with integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated skill in developing focused strategies and executing tactical plans efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret numerical data and draw informed conclusions.
  • Proficient in internet applications and MS Office.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.
  • Sound judgment in business decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Work Environment
  • Regular communication is essential; the employee will frequently engage in discussions and listen actively.
  • Job duties may require walking, sitting at a desk, and prolonged computer use during standard business hours.
  • Some travel may be necessary.
