Hourly base pay rate is $21.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Job Overview
Morning Shift - Mon- Fri 7a-5pm
This role entails capturing pre and post-reconditioning images on our primary lot, as well as TRA photographs of vehicles according to established Image Standards utilizing our MIC 2.0 application. The Automotive Imaging Specialist will also be responsible for processing images in the Photo Booth. Furthermore, this position assists in uploading images taken during the inspection process. This is an outdoor role, requiring photography in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and process digital images of vehicles.
- Upload all images related to electronic condition reports (ECR) and ensure the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
- Maintain proficiency with the Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
- Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
- Process vehicles through the Photo Booth in accordance with available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if the location is equipped.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety by adhering to all safety and health protocols and actively participating in safety initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Generally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license required; safe driving record essential.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Capability to perform repetitive motion tasks with manual dexterity.
- Vision abilities must include close, distance, and depth perception.
- 1 year of experience in photography preferred; experience in digital and computer processing is a plus.
- Basic computer software skills are preferred.
- Certification or education in photography is advantageous.
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Benefits
Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month and seven paid holidays throughout the year. Additional paid time off may be available for bereavement leave, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
