- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay informed about rates, packages, and promotions, as well as in-house events.
- Gather necessary information for reservations and follow established procedures.
- Familiarize yourself with company policies and hospitality terminology.
- Assist in emergency procedures as required.
- Facilitate check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
- Utilize the Front Desk computer system proficiently.
- Manage the logging and delivery of packages and messages for guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members using proper radio etiquette.
- Deliver items requested by guests or team members as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of property amenities and local attractions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including supporting colleagues in other areas and ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel.
