Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to our guests with a friendly and considerate approach.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Address guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
Hotel Specific:
  • Hourly wage: $19.00
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force.
  • Primarily standing during the work shift.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a hotel front desk role.
  • Required: One year of experience in customer service or a guest-facing position.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience with FOSSE PMS systems is a plus.
