Position Summary

The individual in this position will oversee the recruitment process and cultivate a strong pipeline of candidates for Talent Acquisition.

  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to comprehend the requirements and roles to be filled; review job descriptions for open positions.
  • Assist in the creation and modification of specifications and job descriptions for selected roles.
  • Determine the most effective strategies for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Compose recruitment advertisements; post and/or place ads in the most suitable digital and/or print media for available positions.
  • Identify qualified candidates and evaluate their qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other communication methods.
  • Connect suitable candidates with hiring managers.
  • Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status.
  • Verify potential employees' credentials.
  • Advise hiring managers on salary negotiations with final candidates.
  • Establish and maintain a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
  • Participate in job fairs and industry conferences; manage the company booth at job fairs.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or human resources field is required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant recruiting experience is required, with prior experience in technical roles being advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Architectural Engineering Consulting industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology, technical roles, and skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices, along with applicable policies and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
