**Job Summary**

Brush Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Regional Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Western United States.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture aftermarket service opportunities for Brush Group's products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including proposal and marketing departments, to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing efforts using CRM database.
  • Develop and deliver technical sales presentations to explain products and services to customers.
  • Participate in customer events, tradeshows, training, and meetings to build relationships and promote Brush Group's products and services.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 36 months of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical equipment industry.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
