Job SummaryThis role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager II. As a key member of our regional sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to exceed revenue and market penetration goals.
You will work closely with clinical and sales teammates to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, building strong relationships with physicians, support staff, and customers. This role requires a high degree of independence, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work while continually seeking to improve territory efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Identify strategies to increase referrals of Abbott therapies and overcome barriers restricting national growth and adoption.
- Account Management: Build trust and establish strong rapport with new and existing customers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry leaders.
- Sales Generation: Generate additional sales revenue in assigned regions by running initiatives targeting increased referrals of eligible patients.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and study information about new and existing products, monitoring competitor sales, prices, and products.
- Reporting and Administration: Ensure prompt follow-up of sales leads, investigate complaints, and timely completion and filing of standard reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 2 or more years of sales experience, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas on a regular basis.
- Capable and willing to work an unpredictable schedule that may change on short notice.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups within and outside the organization.

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,200.00 - $99,900.00, depending on location and other factors.
