Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for securing new business by personally engaging with automotive establishments.

About the Role:

  • You will professionally present our software solutions to potential clients in a consultative manner.
  • Promptly follow up on all assigned leads within one business day.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions, conversations, and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Achieve and sustain high-performance levels meeting or exceeding sales quotas within 90 days.
  • Attend all requisite meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.

About You:

  • 1-4 years of sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Outlook, and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong time management, project management, and problem-solving abilities, with adept multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to spend 80% of working time visiting prospective clients in the field; personal vehicle for transportation is necessary.
