Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Professional to join our team at Hayes Handpiece Franchises, Inc. This exciting opportunity involves developing sales relationships with dental offices in the US, Canada, and the UK.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong computer competency, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and fuel-efficient car are required for this position.

About the Role

This role is responsible for selling repair services, dental disposables, dental handpieces, reconditioned handpieces, small equipment, instruments, and additional value-added services to dental offices. The successful candidate will develop a consultative sales approach to educate customers on product sales based on need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell repair services, dental disposables, dental handpieces, reconditioned handpieces, small equipment, instruments, and additional value-added services to dental offices
  • Develop a consultative sales approach to educate customers on product sales based on need
  • Educate customers through periodic lunch hour staff training on proper handpiece, operatory, and instrument maintenance as well as OSHA compliance
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Strong computer competency including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), CRM, and Google experience
  • Excellent communication, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and fuel-efficient car
Benefits
