  • Provide competitive quotes for external services to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Verify invoices from subcontractors for accuracy in pricing and materials.
  • Ensure precise order entry, timely follow-up, and receipt of products.
  • Prepare and submit monthly billing to clients.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including receiving, picking, packing materials, conducting inventory counts, and replenishing stock.
  • Follow up with suppliers to enhance delivery performance when necessary.
  • Prepare vendor audit documentation for required invoice reviews.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma with 1-3 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with purchasing or inventory management is a plus.
  • Capable of sitting or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 35 pounds.
  • Proficient in using pallet jacks and hand carts for material handling.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Successfully pass the required pre-employment background check and drug screening.
