Tenant Relations Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: San Diego, CA

Job Function: Asset Services

Employment Status: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

As an essential member of our Asset Services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our tenants and their innovative pursuits by delivering exceptional support services, collaborating with our facilities team, and engaging with building personnel and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing on-site and direct support.
  • Facilitate daily operations, including the coordination of meetings, events, and tenant inquiries.
  • Maintain and update tenant and vendor contact databases.
  • Compose and distribute communication bulletins and email notifications to tenants.
  • Assist with the tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including signage updates and access requests.
  • Help organize tenant appreciation events.
  • Oversee conference room management, including scheduling and coordinating technical support for maintenance and repairs.
  • Support the monthly accounts receivable process by reviewing billing statements for accuracy and ensuring timely distribution.
  • Act as the emergency administrator for the facility.
  • Provide assistance to the Building Engineering Team as required, addressing tenant requests for access and other needs.
  • Contribute to special projects and assignments as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Self-driven and independent individual preferred.
  • Client-focused mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Aspirations for a career in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with property management and real estate is advantageous.
  • Experience with billing, budgeting, and facility management systems is a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 USD annually, along with an annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including individual qualifications, experience, education, and the Company's compensation practices.
