Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law institution
  • Licensed to practice in California
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Landlord/Tenant Law
  • Familiarity with habitability issues, eviction processes, and real estate is advantageous
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience in legal project management is beneficial

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently oversee a litigation caseload, managing cases from inception to resolution
  • Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and Partners on various legal initiatives
  • Regularly conduct court appearances and depositions
  • Engage with clients and provide updates on case status

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $125,000-$180,000. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
