Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law institution
- Licensed to practice in California
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Landlord/Tenant Law
- Familiarity with habitability issues, eviction processes, and real estate is advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in legal project management is beneficial
Key Responsibilities
- Independently oversee a litigation caseload, managing cases from inception to resolution
- Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and Partners on various legal initiatives
- Regularly conduct court appearances and depositions
- Engage with clients and provide updates on case status

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $125,000-$180,000. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
