- Make necessary adjustments to resident accounts and past resident financial records.
- Address inquiries related to security deposit reimbursements and provide clear information to residents.
- Represent the company in small claims court when required.
- Conduct research on unclaimed property and facilitate the reissuance of checks as needed.
- Post rent credit adjustments to financial ledgers in a timely manner.
- Support former residents and banking representatives in handling forgery claims.
