Ejecutivo de Ventas Regional – California del Sur


Resumen/Objetivo
Reportando al Vicepresidente Regional de Ventas, esta posición es responsable de gestionar todas las actividades de ventas dentro de un territorio geográfico definido. El Ejecutivo de Ventas Regional colaborará y apoyará a un equipo de agentes representantes de fabricantes dentro del territorio asignado. Esta posición también es responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas nacional en relación con la distribución y la venta de los productos de la organización en una región específica o área geográfica importante a usuarios finales y contratistas eléctricos.
Funciones Esenciales
  • Visitar Distribuidores Eléctricos dentro de un territorio geográfico asignado.
  • Desarrollar el negocio dentro del territorio utilizando diversas técnicas de ventas.
  • Identificar clientes potenciales y evaluar oportunidades de ventas.
  • Organizar reuniones con clientes potenciales y presentar las ofertas de productos.
  • Realizar llamadas en frío a empresas dentro del territorio y establecer necesidades.
  • Elaborar una lista de empresas objetivo dentro del área.
  • Analizar las actividades de la competencia en la región y evaluar oportunidades para el desarrollo comercial.
  • Trabajar para alcanzar objetivos de ingresos y KPI establecidos por el Vicepresidente Regional.
  • Crear redes con empresas en el territorio y construir relaciones.
  • Asistir a eventos y conferencias de la industria relevantes para generar negocios.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con otros gerentes de ventas de territorio y gerentes de cuentas nacionales.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de ventas para abordar cuentas grandes.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con las noticias de la industria para identificar oportunidades de nuevos negocios.
Calificaciones:
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en ventas en la industria eléctrica o relacionada.
  • Experiencia previa trabajando en ventas como gerente de ventas de territorio.
  • Fondo relevante de la industria adquirido de un competidor o empresa en una industria relacionada.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para construir relaciones con personas a todos los niveles.
  • Conocimiento adecuado del producto y capacidad para aprender.
