In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production lines, integrating new products and methodologies, and nurturing a Lean/Kaizen culture within our operations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and document manufacturing processes to enhance productivity
  • Oversee the transition of products or components into production
  • Organize, coordinate, and execute the launch of new products and processes
  • Recognize and apply continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • LEAN and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Minitab or similar statistical analysis tools
