  • Manage small-scale projects or processes within your area of expertise.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior professionals on tasks and assignments.
  • Influence policies, practices, and procedures within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
  • This role requires full-time on-site presence.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience. A PhD may substitute for 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in semiconductor processing techniques such as photolithography, dry etching, metal evaporation, and inspection using optical or scanning electron microscopes.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in a STEM discipline.
  • Ability to document and present process development progress clearly in team meetings.
  • Experience in a controlled cleanroom environment.
  • Skills in troubleshooting various fabrication equipment and establishing maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control and lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Background in semiconductor processing, device physics, and data analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, SQL, JMP).
  • Ability to lead and coordinate technical projects with diverse teams.
  • Expertise in characterizing and enhancing semiconductor device performance and reliability.
What We Offer:
