Job Description: Neighborcare Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Services Supervisor to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for leading our Patient Contact Center, ensuring seamless communication with clinic administrators and contact center representatives. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service or supervisory roles, with a strong ability to coordinate complex medical and dental scheduling, resolve customer issues, and manage performance metrics. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising contact center representatives, coordinating medical and dental scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics. You will work closely with clinic administrators and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Contact Center Representatives: Provide coaching, training, and support to contact center representatives to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Coordinate Medical and Dental Scheduling: Work closely with clinic administrators and contact center representatives to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of appointments.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
