Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

As a Key University Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Chancellor's office. This includes:

  • Proactively managing the Chancellor's complex calendar under the general direction of the Senior Executive Assistant.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments and meetings using sound judgment.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
