Job Description

As a Mobile Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, ensuring their safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobile Service: Travel to clients' locations to provide on-the-spot vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Diagnosis: Inspect vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform a variety of tasks, including engine and transmission repairs, brake system maintenance, oil changes, tire replacements, and more.
  • Adherence to Safety: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations, promoting the safety of both customers and team members.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues, offering solutions, and obtaining necessary approvals before proceeding with work.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including parts used, labor hours, and costs, for billing and reference purposes.
  • Parts Management: Efficiently manage and order necessary parts and materials to complete repairs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues for prompt resolution.
  • Continual Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends through training and workshops.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
  • Previous experience as a mobile mechanic.
  • HVAC or refrigeration certification (for refrigerated vehicle repairs, if applicable).
  • Multilingual skills to cater to a diverse customer base.
