Your Role in Our Mission
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to improving health and human services outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate responses to basic client inquiries and escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Utilizing your skills to address client concerns, update account information, and ensure resolution of inquiries.
  • Meeting production targets while adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborating with team members and management to effectively resolve client inquiries and assist in training new customer service representatives.
  • Reviewing and suggesting improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.

What We Are Looking For
We seek candidates with:

  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience, particularly in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare systems.
  • A background in healthcare is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Assessment Requirement
All candidates will be required to complete the Harver Assessment as part of the interview process. This assessment evaluates essential competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

What to Expect
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. Please note that video cameras are required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.

To successfully perform as a teleworker with Gainwell, you will need a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Higher speeds will enhance your performance.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $27 to $38,900.00 per year, with the base pay varying based on geographic region, internal equity, and relevant experience.
