Job Overview:

The Sales Support Representative plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting with sales procedures. They help resolve sales-related issues, process new orders, track orders, investigate shipping problems, and manage customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process "on behalf of" orders and quotes efficiently
  • Assist dealers/distributors with entry methods and special pricing
  • Understand the customer service process, warranties, and field service orders
  • Manage order flow from customer through manufacturing to shipping
  • Handle all types of order change requests and communicate order change costs to customers
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, demonstrating a reliable work ethic
  • Very organized and able to multi-task
  • Proven work experience
  • Ability to learn all aspects of Marvin products and services
  • Available to work 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm
  • Excellent computer and math skills
