Post Warranty Solutions Representative

The main function of a Pay for Service Representative is to be a highly motivated, self- directed individual that can promote the "Pay for Service" revenue generating service program. In this role, you will "sell" product and/or labor to customers for products no longer covered by a warranty.
Highlights of your role- Promote "Pay for Service"
- Capture complete, accurate information to ensure service profitability.
- Handle lead time with customer and service scheduling.
- Process quotes and orders
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Assists with maintaining and improving the department's performance goals, specifically the profitability goals set each year, (Order processing, quoting, pricing accuracy is paramount)
- Contributes to the development of customer support strategies and plans
- Ability to work in all Marvin operating systems (OMS, ICIM, Salesforce, MODL, Print Book Viewer, etc)
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to build and apply key relationships with other departments and functional areas
- Be empathetic with customers that are experiencing difficult service situations.
- Two-year degree or relevant work experience
- Must have the ability and skills to sell
- Excellent product knowledge, all brands, current and obsolete products.
- High level of confidentiality when working the credit card process.
- Excellent math skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
