- 6 months or more experience in customer service, with a strong focus on patient care and communication.
- Data entry and keyboarding skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently manage patient information.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing situations.
- Post-secondary education, with a focus on healthcare or a related field.
- 1 or more years call center customer service experience, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
- 1 or more years customer service experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and communication.
This is a part-time position, approximately 65 hours in a two-week pay cycle. The schedule will vary, but will include working every other weekend and holidays on a rotation.
