Position Overview:
The Customer Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by facilitating sales processes. This position involves assisting with sales inquiries, processing new orders, monitoring order status, resolving shipping discrepancies, and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in handling 'on behalf of' orders and generating quotes.

Skilled in providing support to dealers and distributors regarding entry methods and special pricing.

Familiar with the customer service workflow, warranty processes, and field service order management.

Understanding of the order flow process from customer initiation through manufacturing to delivery.

Capable of managing various order modification requests and effectively communicating associated costs to customers.

Compensation:
$22 - $24 per hour

Ideal candidates will possess:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A self-motivated and proactive approach, demonstrating a strong work ethic.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Qualifications:
Demonstrated work experience in a similar role.

Willingness to learn about all aspects of Marvin's products and services.

Availability to work during specified hours.

Strong computer proficiency and mathematical aptitude.
