About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Massage Envy Blaine. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients upon arrival, schedule services, answer phone calls, address questions and concerns, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Sales and Retention: Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases.
  • Member Retention: Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.

Requirements
  • Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with the ability to think critically, juggle multiple tasks, and set priorities.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and management.
  • Math and Computer Skills: Solid math and computer skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous retail or sales experience preferred.
