Mathnasium is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the effective management of our educational facility. This role involves overseeing daily operations, engaging with students and their families, conducting community outreach, and leading a team of instructors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Center Manager/Director in ensuring smooth center operations and managing the enrollment process.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, and organizational skills to effectively run a learning center through sales, instructional guidance, parent engagement, staff oversight, and administrative tasks.
  • Possibility for growth into higher roles over time.
  • Manage consultative sales tasks, including timely responses to inquiries and successful student enrollments.
  • Deliver a compelling sales presentation to parents that encourages student enrollment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by fostering relationships with families and communicating student progress.
  • Oversee the learning environment and daily activities for students.
  • Support the management of instructors to ensure alignment with Mathnasium's educational approach.

Qualifications:
  • A passion for mathematics and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and receive training.
  • Capability to foster teamwork while balancing educational and sales responsibilities.
  • Strong math skills, at least through Algebra I.
  • Proficient in computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service and consultative sales within a similar context.
  • Background in teaching or tutoring, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Solid understanding of high school-level mathematics and familiarity with the educational system.
