Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
  • Identify, interview, and schedule potential teacher candidates; cultivate networks for future talent acquisition.
  • Conduct classroom assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation of the TLE curriculum, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Utilize a growth-oriented mindset to mentor and develop staff for future success.
  • Address employee concerns with an objective approach and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Develop and communicate weekly staffing schedules.
  • Manage classroom ratios on a daily basis.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations regarding employee documentation and files.
  • Communicate center schedules effectively to maintain appropriate staffing ratios and manage labor within budget.
Client Engagement
  • Lead tours for prospective families, showcasing the unique aspects of our curriculum and the quality of our educators.
  • Maintain regular communication with families about their children's progress.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance parent satisfaction.
  • Facilitate engaging activities such as Show and Tell.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all student and teacher records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure the center meets all health and safety standards in accordance with local and state regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with state licensing authorities and perform center evaluations.
  • Manage reporting for any incidents or accidents that occur.
  • Oversee medication administration and management.
  • Conduct monthly safety drills to ensure preparedness.
  • Administer new customer documentation in compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Two or more years of experience in center leadership or management; at least one year required.
  • Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool-aged children is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of state licensing requirements and regulations.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification is highly preferred.
  • Must meet specific state guidelines.
Compensation: $70,000 - $78,000 annually
