Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the formulation and execution of effective commercial strategies to minimize value loss and guarantee contract fulfillment.
  2. Managing multiple strategic sourcing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver optimal solutions.
  3. Overseeing the development and management of tender processes, ensuring procurement of goods and services is conducted in a manner that maximizes value.
  4. Engaging in proactive planning to identify future needs and implement robust forecasting to enhance procurement efficiency.
  5. Collaborating with the Framework Manager to ensure successful execution of contracted activities, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  6. Providing commercial expertise on supplier contracts to enhance efficiency and value.
  7. Conducting market research to analyze trends, opportunities, and risks, and sharing insights with relevant teams.
  8. Contributing to the development and implementation of category strategies and sharing best practices across teams.
  9. Mentoring colleagues in procurement excellence and promoting best-in-class methodologies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in strategic sourcing.
  • A solid understanding of project management principles with a proven track record of managing multiple frameworks effectively.
  • Experience in establishing, negotiating, and overseeing supplier contracts.
  • Strong customer management skills with a history of influencing stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyze key performance indicators and contract data to inform decision-making.
