Fulfillment Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee our B2B Fulfillment Sales Program. This role will involve analyzing sales policies and programs, managing existing accounts, developing new business with current customers, and pursuing new opportunities.
Responsibilities- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve program profitability and customer satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts, resolving issues and increasing sales
- Identify and recommend additional products/SKUs to enhance customer satisfaction
- Evaluate and adjust the Fulfillment Sales Program for optimal results
- Monitor shipments, fees, shipping supplies, and labor costs
- Acquire new Fulfillment Customers
- 5+ years of Inside Sales experience
- 5+ years of Customer Service experience
- 5+ years of Customer Account Management experience
- Knowledge of Budget Management, PnL Management
- Knowledge of Small/Large Parcel Shipping Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
