About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Sales Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform account management of current Fulfillment customers
  • Work to increase sales and resolve account issues
  • Identify and recommend additional products/SKUs to Purchasing Team for higher customer satisfaction
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of shipping software such as Ship Station, Highjump(Korber), WMS or similar software.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
