About Our Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Operations and Sales Leadership professional to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you will have 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Account Management, as well as knowledge of budget management, PnL management, and small/large parcel shipping industry.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to develop strategies to improve program profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage existing accounts, resolving issues and increasing sales
  • Identify and recommend additional products/SKUs to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and adjust the Fulfillment Sales Program for optimal results
  • Monitor shipments, fees, shipping supplies, and labor costs
  • Acquire new Fulfillment Customers
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
