Customer Service Liaison

**Job Summary**
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for all communication related to client inquiries, tower discrepancies, and customer satisfaction. This role will involve verifying documents, assisting in maintaining calendars and logistics for a fast-paced, growing organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify documents and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in maintaining calendars and logistics to ensure seamless operations
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
**Requirements**
- Detail-oriented and task-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
- Efficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Open availability Monday-Friday, with potential for Saturday morning
- Unwavering sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and collaborative demeanor
- Customer service experience and call center experience a plus
