We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our inventory/records management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of project execution, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. You will also provide administrative management and reporting of the electronic data, establishing and maintaining user access, record types, space management, retrieval profiles, standard reports, records disposition, user training, and other related administrative functions.

This position requires a strong understanding of inventory and records management principles, including filing mail, inventorying records, disposition concepts, and records lifecycle management. You will also be responsible for managing Contractor employees' work schedules, providing monthly status and quality reports, addressing productivity and professional conduct issues, and ensuring that employees adhere to productivity output standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Define project objectives and strategic direction
  • Lead and motivate client and project teams, serving as a key facilitator between multiple teams
  • Manage budget and human resources/staffing requirements
  • Provide administrative management and reporting of the electronic data system
  • Conduct all management administrative tasks related to the contract
  • Interface with Government stakeholders, facilitating communication between TRG and Government
  • Work with HR/Talent Acquisition to hire and maintain staffing levels with high productivity
  • Manage Contractor employees' work schedules and performance
  • Provide monthly status and quality reports, including cost information
  • Address productivity and professional conduct issues, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
  • Manage additional employees and surge support as needed
  • Ensure employees execute all tasks relevant to the project scope
  • Proactively monitor and report on file inventory statistics; recommend corrective measures to Government management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent specialized experience in management
  • Active DOD Top Secret Clearance required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information and records management applications
  • PMP Certification preferred. Non-PMP certified candidates with a commitment to future certification will be considered
  • Demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in developing solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing and leading large teams
  • Experience in client relationship management and presenting metrics to clients in a formal structure
  • Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative work that is measured in final product and/or production
