NADA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Development to oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from concept to launch. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the future of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that align with NADA's organizational objectives, working closely with our leadership team.
- Product Management: Oversee all phases of product development, including concept development, design, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, and other departments to develop and implement custom solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure our products meet or exceed their expectations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and security requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in product management, application development, data analysis, and IT operations. At least 5 years of experience in software engineering management.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in Product Development or Project Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, PHP, React, and/or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with automated software management tools and open-source technologies is required. Knowledge of cloud architecture, API design, and Azure Cloud is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, user-friendly manner.
