Job Title: Outside Sales Account ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Eastlake Search Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving new business within the fluid power and motion control industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic sales plan in collaboration with leadership to identify prospects and capture new business.
  • Engage in full-cycle sales activities, including lead qualification, cold calling, and delivering sales presentations.
  • Utilize your expertise in mobile hydraulic equipment to provide customers with solutions tailored to their operational needs.
  • Maintain and strengthen business relationships with current customers while actively pursuing new accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Leverage tools like MS Outlook, MS Excel, and CRM systems to manage time, territory, and customer interactions effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Two- or four-year Technical Diploma preferred, especially in Engineering or Fluid Power, OR equivalent training and experience.
  • Fluid Power certification is a plus.
  • 2+ years of business development experience in the mobile hydraulic equipment industry, specifically with OEMs.
  • Proven experience in value-added industrial sales, with product application and troubleshooting experience in hydraulic systems preferred.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer applications including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required.
