We are Disability Solutions, a leading bank holding company that operates through its subsidiary, Western Alliance Bank. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager - Commercial Lending to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying target markets and developing new business relationships with commercial clients. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Compile and analyze market research data to develop recommendations regarding products and services focused on the needs of the target market.
  • Business Development: Engage in business development activities and solicit new business based on the target market.
  • Customer Engagement: Calls and visits target customers to promote and sell Bank products and services to establish a new book of business.
  • Customer Database Management: Develop and maintain a customer database including calls and results on all new business relationships. Make reports to superiors as required.


Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of experience and education.
  • Lending Experience: Work-related experience must consist of a basic lending background including negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of a variety of major and complex equipment, SBA, commercial building and business loans; relationship development, experience in the financial services industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills, intermediate knowledge of Bank lending procedures, Bank policies and procedures, and the Bank's products and services. Extensive knowledge in all facets of relationship management. Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.


Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $150,000-$220,000 per year, depending on experience.
