Job Summary

Synectic Solutions Inc is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics, engineering, management, and information technology industries.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including interactions with clients and prospects.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and account management.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
