About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Trainee to join our team at Pinnacle Performance Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting in creating and executing a strategic sales plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain existing relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth
  • Leverage market research and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and retention
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with management, staff, and clients
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
