Job Title: HR Generalist/Payroll

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist/Payroll to join our team at ODORZX INC. As an HR Generalist/Payroll, you will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Support performance management processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Maintain HR compliance and dashboard systems

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Total Source Software/System and Deputy Time Clock Software
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
