Job Description

At Caraway Home, we're seeking a highly skilled Director, Brand Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy across key channels and touchpoints.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including campaign roadmaps, content calendars, PR plans, and social media initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Lead brand and evergreen marketing campaigns across channels, including digital, social, PR, and events, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure consistency and cohesive storytelling.
  • Partner with Creative, Product, and Growth teams to develop innovative content and creative assets that highlight Caraway's products and values.
  • Manage PR strategy in collaboration with our agency partner(s) to deliver compelling narratives that drive media coverage and brand buzz.
  • Develop programs and initiatives to engage with and celebrate Caraway customers through loyalty initiatives, social media, and gifting that elevate the brand experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, and Retail teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
  • Define KPIs and leverage performance data to inform brand strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct brand marketing, content strategy, or related marketing experience.
  • Experience within the consumer goods industry or a consumer-facing brand strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead through influence across diverse teams.
  • Passion for brand storytelling and creativity with messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in home, lifestyle, and non-toxic products.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing PR strategies, events, and multi-channel campaigns.
