Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global brand strategy that aligns with our company's vision.
- Communicate the brand strategy to internal teams and secure their buy-in and alignment.
- Partner with regional leads to ensure global marketing alignment.
- Develop a strong brand point of view for what is on-brand for MillerKnoll.
- Build external relationships with like-minded brands and organizations to develop innovative partnerships and campaigns.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior in-house brand marketing experience, global brand experience, social media experience, or fluency.
- Location in the NYC metro area is strongly preferred but not required.
