Job Title: Brand Marketing Director

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Brand Marketing Director to lead the development of brand design, advertising, and marketing communications. This role will be responsible for managing creative development, working closely with the customer insights team, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of a brand strategy across key channels, ensuring alignment with campaigns and overarching business objectives
  • Work closely with the customer insights team to unearth market research and customer insights to better inform our brand position and messaging
  • Manage creative development of all brand design, advertising, and marketing comms, starting with a best-in-class core idea
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints
  • Be an internal champion of the work, in partnership with marketing leadership group
  • Align integrated marketing communications plan across all campaign initiatives and oversee creative asset development for each function's needs
  • Oversee and manage the relationship with the operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to all regulatory standards
  • Brand management of email lifecycle creative executions
  • Bring engineering, product, commercial, Ops, HR, and others along this company-defining journey. Engage each team at the right times to get insightful feedback and create advocates for the work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or related creative field
  • You are best in class at running multiple work streams and multiple deliverables
  • You are a subject matter expert with regards to brand design, advertising, and marketing communications
  • You have experience leading brand communications and providing strategic guidance for an organization
  • You have extensive experience managing assets for fully integrated digital marketing
  • You can bring various personality types together. You can align various functions. You build consensus through communication and you keep the business on time and on budget.
  • You have the drive and ability to think critically, make data-driven decisions, and develop long-term strategies that drive brand growth.
  • You have a passion for sports and a strong understanding of fan behavior and team winning culture
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

What We Offer:

  • The base salary range for this role is $148,000 per year - $252,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
  • This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award
  • In addition to the base, bonus, and equity, full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid time off, and other benefits like Wellhub, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits, and more
  • We'll also give you $700 USD (or local equivalent) to set up your home office
