Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting Sonos home theater technology to customers and increasing sales in assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase Sonos' sales
  • Engage customers through product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Display Sonos products in a visually appealing manner and maintain a high level of product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable transportation and physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time during shifts
