About the Role

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of hospice care at Three Oaks Hospice. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and drive operational excellence across multiple hospice agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, preferably in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in healthcare, with hospice or home health experience preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year.
