Compensation Package: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

About the Role: As a Hospice Aide CNA, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personal care to patients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  • Participating in patient care planning and implementation, under the guidance of our experienced team
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and facility staff to ensure seamless care coordination
