About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our After-Hours Hospice team. As a Nurse Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families during critical periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Advocacy: Serve as the voice for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with the hospice care team to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Communication: Maintain open and honest communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Able to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
