Senior Hospice Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospice Business Development Representative to join our team at Medical Services of America Hospice. This is a full-time position located in Irmo, SC.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, and possess outstanding communication skills accompanied by excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently.
- Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources.
- Meet regularly with the clinical team to identify and implement market strategies resulting in continued census growth.
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for obtaining physician's orders for specified treatments and participating in the referral process. Additionally, they will promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the home health continuum.
Requirements- Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Outstanding communication skills accompanied by excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- General knowledge base of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
