The Role

We're seeking a registered nurse to join our team as an after-hours hospice nurse. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and their families during non-traditional hours. You'll work closely with our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and local hospice team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care during after-hours shifts (5 pm - 8 am)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs

Pay and Location

This position offers a salary of $85,000 per year, determined by years of experience and location. We offer competitive pay and benefits to ensure your financial stability and well-being.
