Your Role:
As the Vice President of Executive Liability Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our producers by establishing and nurturing business relationships with clients, prospective clients, and insurance carriers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expertise in Executive, Professional, and Cyber Liability insurance coverages.
- Leading the marketing and negotiation processes for new and renewal accounts across various sectors, including Financial Institutions, Technology, Healthcare, and more.
- Collaborating with Producer/Account Managers to devise effective marketing strategies.
- Ensuring the completeness of applications and following up for necessary information.
- Coordinating with carriers to send applications and review quotes, comparing coverage options.
- Preparing proposals and managing the binding of coverage with carriers.
- Engaging with clients and prospects to discuss their needs and resolve any issues.
- Maintaining strong communication and relationships with clients, producers, and carrier partners.
- Participating in industry seminars and training to enhance your knowledge of specialty insurance products.
- Contributing to MMA's Centers of Excellence initiatives.
We are eager to connect with candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in Executive, Professional, or Privacy Liability products.
- Preferred certifications include Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) or Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on solutions and change management.
- Proficient analytical skills and a solid understanding of finance and financial management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a resident Agents License in Property & Casualty or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.
