Job Title: Contact Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team at Quest Group Executive Search & Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, errors & omissions, productivity, transactions, and average handling time (AHT)
  • Familiarity and experience with programs like Avaya and Calabrio, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborative leadership style with a focus on employee engagement and retention
  • Performing performance reviews and handling client escalations
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a contact center management role
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with contact center software
